Limited run – only 1,500 ten pound bags available! Made from red wine barrels mixed with oak, these pellets are ideal for smoke flavoring and for pellet-fired grill fuel! Wine, as it ages in oak barrels, releases tannins in the oak which gives the wine vanilla flavor undertones.  The flavoring goes both ways!  Oaks gives the wine and wine flavors the oak, permeating into the wood barrel almost ¼ inch deep.
